Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Regi, a software service operated by Diller Enterprises LLC ("Regi," "we," "us," or "our"), including regisoftware.com, the Regi Staff App, the Regi Family Portal, and related services.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using Regi, you agree to these Terms. If you use Regi for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you or your organization has a separate written agreement, order form, or service agreement with Diller Enterprises LLC, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

2. The Regi service

Regi provides childcare-management software and related services that may include reservations, attendance, family and child records, billing, payments, educational programs, staff tools, reporting, Family Portal features, communications, and third-party integrations. Features may vary by customer, plan, configuration, location, or integration.

3. Accounts and authorized access

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying us or your organization if you suspect unauthorized access.

Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate user access, maintaining accurate family and staff records, and determining who is authorized to use Regi on their behalf.

4. Customer data and responsibilities

As between Regi and a customer organization, the customer retains its rights in the data it submits to the service. The customer is responsible for having appropriate authority to provide that data and for using Regi in accordance with applicable laws, contracts, childcare requirements, and its own policies.

You may not use Regi to access, alter, disclose, or transmit information without authorization or in a way that violates another person's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Regi, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or access controls, probe or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it, upload malicious code, use the service for unlawful or deceptive activity, or use Regi to send messaging that violates consent, carrier, or communications requirements.

6. Fees and payments

Fees, payment terms, processing charges, and any usage-based charges are governed by the applicable order form, pricing agreement, merchant agreement, or other agreement with the customer. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, fees already incurred are not refundable merely because a feature is later disabled or an account is terminated.

7. Regi-enabled text messaging terms

Regi may enable childcare organizations to offer automated Reservation Alerts and Event & Program Alerts, as well as other service-related notifications. Messages may identify the childcare organization or center using Regi. These programs are intended for operational and transactional notifications, not unsolicited marketing.

  • Consent. Where text alerts are offered, enrollment is optional. Users must affirmatively opt in to the applicable messaging program. Consent to automated text alerts is not a condition of purchasing the core Regi service or receiving childcare services.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on reservations, events, programs, and account activity.
  • Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's rates and terms apply.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to the automated number at any time to stop messages from that messaging program. Where separate automated programs use separate numbers, opting out of one program does not necessarily opt you out of another program or from separate direct communications sent by your childcare provider.
  • Help. Reply HELP for help where supported, or contact [email protected].
  • Delivery. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

For information about how mobile information and messaging consent are handled, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

Regi may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as hosting, email, messaging, payment processing, and other providers. Your use of third-party products may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

Regi, its software, branding, designs, documentation, and other service materials are owned by Diller Enterprises LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you only the limited right to use the service as authorized; they do not transfer ownership of Regi or its intellectual property.

10. Service changes and availability

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features. We work to keep Regi available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, internet conditions, security events, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, address security or legal risk, prevent misuse, or enforce applicable agreements. Customer termination rights and any post-termination data handling are also subject to the customer's separate agreement with Regi, if any.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Regi is a software tool and does not replace a childcare provider's professional judgment, legal obligations, emergency procedures, or required records. Customers remain responsible for their childcare operations and compliance obligations.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diller Enterprises LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of Regi. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the fees paid to Regi for the applicable service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Regi after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Regi is operated by Diller Enterprises LLC. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
